in which we live, how often do you
have the opportunity to go somewhere totally safe?
Totally peaceful?
Totally serene?
Totally beautiful?
A place designed just for you, by you?
A place for relaxing, for connecting to inner wisdom,
for healing, for just being you - without outside
expectations or concerns?
My guess is - not often, perhaps never.
In this process I call Inner Sanctuary,
you build such a place for yourself
in your inner worlds. This process can be
a springboard for other, deeper inner work,
or it can stand alone, providing you
with an inner harbor, a place to center
and come home to yourself.
and perhaps without concious awareness.
As humans we are designed to be able to connect
with our Creator
(whatever name you may give It/Him/Her).
Our "sixth sense", our intuitive knowing,
our "hunches", all exemplify this ability to connect.
Most of us want a deeper connection,
a way of opening ourselves
that allows us to feel heard and
understood by our Creator,
and to hear and understand the messages
we receive back more clearly, more trustingly.
This process I call Connecting with Divine Guidance
uses your Inner Sanctuary as a springboard
for just such connection.
You may meet and converse with an Inner Master or Guide.
You may be given a portal through
which you can step into the higher realms.
You may meet and speak with your guardian angel.
Anything is possible in this process.
It is an individual journey, one that is uniquely yours.
It is a way of asking for information
or guidance from the myriad sources of assistance
available to us.
A way of gathering them altogether
and hearing their perspective in the
ancient and sacred format of council.
You may face many situations in your life
when you want to hear from your angelic guides,
your animal guides,
your archtypal patterns,
your inner children,
your inner spiritual masters,
and the big DC (Divine Creator) it/him/herself.
This process teaches a way for you to do just that,
in an organized way that our left brains can assimilate.
Wanted to break away from your
day to day life and seek an inner vision?
And can't find the time or the funds,
or don't know who to trust to guide you?
Or, perhaps you have gone on a vision quest
but do not know how to reactivate that energy
in your life.
Day Questing is a process where you learn to design
and experience "mini" quests.
If you have never participated in a vision quest,
these "mini" quests mirror all of the elements
contained in a week long quest, but
are done in segments that
fit more neatly into your daily life.
This is a process that you can
refine and invoke throughout your future,
a source of guidance and connection for a lifetime.
