WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a gentle energy balancing technique
that can be used either hands-on or etherically
(long distance).In its application,
the practitioner follows a simple procedure of
directing energy to specific points
on the body called chakras, virtually
channeling energy for the body to use. Reiki
helps to make healing possible by aligning body
energies - all body energies - and
providing a focus in a total state of relaxation.
Whether it is used to ease transformational
life changes, as an adjunct to childbirth or the
death experience, for chronic pain, or for stress
reduction Reiki is a technique that benefits
everyone, from the tiniest of babies to the elderly.
In many areas of the world it is

enhancing the healing process. It is used
to induce harmony and to enhance creativity

pure whole person therapy available today,

recognition that we are all energy is emerging.

and encourage the natural ability
of the body to heal. Energy
