PROCESS:
FOR ALL SERVICES: You contact me either via the email link
on my home page, or by calling me at:
(928) 567-1665
Whichever method you choose I need for you to give me
the following information:
(1) your name; (2) the service you are interested in;
and (3) how and when to contact you.
You will be emailed/faxed an authorization form
that must be completed and returned via fax/mail prior to our first appointment.
All appointments are verified by phone and all appointments
are pre-paid. Once we set up an appointment
we will discuss payment arrangements.

Payment by check takes longer as your check must clear your
account before the scheduled appointment.
If you pre-pay for a block of 10 sessions a 10% discount applies
(10 sessions for $865 rather than $950).
All Counseling Sessions:
All sessions, whether individual or couples,
last for 60 minutes & are conducted over the phone.
I call you at a pre-arranged number at the time scheduled.
Couples sessions require either that you have speaker phone
capability or two extensions so that both participants can be
simultaneously involved.
Individual counseling works best with speaker
phone capability or a comfortable head set so that you can
participate in imagery or other introspective activities.
Your environment should be free of all distractions.
Child care should be arranged so that your children will neither
distract you from your work within the session,
nor be exposed to adult conflicts or problems.
An alternate site away from where you will be working is ideal.
All SEGI Sessions:
These too are conducted via the telephone. You MUST have head set
capability so that you can be relaxed and receptive yet able to
respond clearly during these sessions.
Your environment MUST be free of ALL distractions.
Individuals with children should follow the
childcare suggestions above.
All Long Distance Reiki Sessions:
These are somewhat different. We schedule a time
when you can lie or sit quietly without distractions for about
50 minutes. During this time I work on your chakras etherically,
aligning and balancing your energies.
At the end of the session I email you an account of your
session. If you have questions after reading it you respond back
to me via email and I will answer you within 24 hours.
FAQ:
What about cancellations or missed appointments?
In order for me to schedule my time productively I expect that
you will honor our scheduled appointments. Life
being what it is I do understand the need for change
from time to time. You may re-schedule or cancel an appointment
at any time, however:
ALL APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE
WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FULL SESSION CHARGE.
Prior to our engaging in our work together you will receive and
must complete & return an authorization form which outlines
my cancellation policy.
What is transformational counseling?
Transformational counseling deals with spiritual questions &
difficulties. It is non-denominational but uses as a framework
the spiritual beliefs of the individual. It is suited to issues with a
deep or profound impact in the area of your spirit.
Techniques may include imagery or value identification.
Typical concerns are how to establish or deepen connection
with your spiritual beliefs,
how to live your life with a deeper connection to the divine,
or how to find your life's mission.
Do you accept insurance?
While some insurance carriers may authorize payment for our
counseling sessions, most do not.
It is up to each individual to contact their carriers.
Any insurance benefits are reimbursable directly to you.
I will mail you a receipt that is ready for submission to your
your insurance, however, I do not accept assignment and
payment in full is required prior to each session
regardless of your insurance coverage.
Why over the phone & not on-line?
I work best when I can connect with you in a meaningful way.
For me that means hearing your voice and having you hear mine.
This also allows me to pick up on hesitancies or inuendo
not available through the written word.
