Rental Information

• Minimum age 28 Years Old with verifiable address/phone number
• No Smoking in the unit
• No Pets
• Peak Season: Memorial Day to Labor Day - Rentals for Full weeks (5+ days), only.  
  Unreserved weeks during peak season can be rented for a shorter period when start date is within three weeks. 
• Weekly Rental is Sunday to Sunday during peak season.
• Check in is 2:00 pm, Check out is Noon.
• Rentals other than peak season, two night minimum.
• Deposit of 50% of rental amount due at time of booking/confirmation and balance due 30 days prior to rental. Paypal, personal checks or money orders accepted.  You can use a credit or debit card on Paypal.  Do not make a deposit until we have verified the arrangement through phone calls and/or email. 
•  I do not have a cleaning service, you should find the unit clean and leave it in a similar condition. This is NOT a white glove inspection.
